Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information InvestorOS ("InvestorOS," "we," "us") collects when you visit joininvestoros.com or use the InvestorOS product (the "Service"), why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored securely by our authentication provider, never in plain text).

Purchase information. When you buy InvestorOS, our payment processor shares your purchase status, order ID, and the email associated with the transaction with us, so we can grant you access. We do not store your card number or other full payment details: those are handled entirely by our payment processor.

Usage information. We record which lessons you've completed and your quiz results, so the product can show your progress.

Technical and analytics information. Like most websites, we automatically collect some technical data when you visit: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location, via cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Marketing communications. If you sign up for our email list or newsletter, we collect your email address to send you updates and marketing messages.

2. How we use your information

  • To create and maintain your account and deliver the course content you've paid for.
  • To process payments and prevent fraud.
  • To send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, login links, password resets).
  • To send marketing and promotional emails, where you've opted in or where permitted by law: you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To understand how visitors use the site (traffic, drop-off points, popular pages) using analytics tools, so we can improve the Service.
  • To run and measure advertising campaigns, including retargeting people who visited the site but didn't buy, using advertising tools described below.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Cookies, analytics, and advertising tools

We use the following third-party tools on the site. Non-essential tools only load after you accept them in the cookie banner:

  • Google Analytics: helps us understand traffic and how people use the site (pages visited, session duration, general location, device type). Data is processed by Google in aggregate/pseudonymous form.
  • Meta Pixel (Meta/Facebook Ads): helps us measure the effectiveness of our ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram and show relevant ads to people who've interacted with the site (retargeting).
  • We may add or change analytics and marketing tools over time; this policy will be updated to reflect that.

You can control non-essential cookies at any time via the cookie banner or by clearing cookies in your browser. See the full Cookie Policy.

4. Who we share information with

We don't sell your personal data. We share information only with the service providers ("processors") needed to run InvestorOS:

  • Supabase: database, authentication, and hosting of your account and course-progress data.
  • Whop: payment processing and checkout.
  • Vercel: website hosting and infrastructure.
  • Google Analytics and Meta Pixel: analytics and advertising, as described above.
  • Email delivery providers, to send transactional and marketing emails.

These providers are only permitted to use your data to perform services on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and purchase data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. International transfers

Our service providers may process and store data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on standard contractual safeguards to protect data transferred internationally.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, including marketing.
  • Request a portable copy of your data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent (e.g. marketing cookies).

To exercise any of these rights, email inbox@joininvestoros.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe as required by applicable law.

8. Children's privacy

InvestorOS is not directed at children. It is not intended for use by anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, reputable infrastructure providers) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
