Terms of Service

InvestorOS is an educational product on personal finance and investing: lessons, calculators, quizzes, and reference material. It is sold as a one-time purchase with lifetime access to current and future modules.

InvestorOS is a course, not a financial service. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and we are not your financial advisor, broker, or fiduciary. You are solely responsible for your own investment and financial decisions.

You need an account to access the Service. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Access is personal to you and licensed per account. You may not share your login, resell access, or allow anyone else to use your account.

InvestorOS is sold as a single, one-time payment processed by our payment provider, Whop. Your payment grants lifetime access to the course as it exists at the time of purchase and to any modules added afterward, at no extra cost.

The listed price may change over time (for example, as new modules are added): the price you paid does not change once your purchase is complete.

All sales are final. InvestorOS is a digital product delivered in full, automatically, the moment your payment is confirmed: you get immediate and complete access to every current course module, lesson, calculator, and prompt. Because the product is fully delivered at the point of purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a payment has been made, except where required by law.

We encourage you to review the course outline on the homepage before purchasing, so you know exactly what you're getting.

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate or unauthorized charge), contact inbox@joininvestoros.com and we'll look into it.

All course content (text, video, graphics, calculators, prompts, and course structure) is owned by InvestorOS and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly share, or create derivative works from the material without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your account access or course content.
• Attempt to bypass access controls or scrape/copy the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, without a refund.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that following the course will result in any particular financial outcome, profit, or return: all investing involves risk, including the risk of loss of principal.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvestorOS and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
